HEALTHY PROTEIN PANCAKES
No sugar, gluten-free, rich in proteins and good carbs.
Mix:
- 2 eggs 
- 50 g low-fat quark 
- 1/2 banana 
- a little bit of baking soda 
- 80 g buckwheat flour 
- 1 spoon protein powder (I use vegan protein powder) 
Put a little bit of coconut oil in a pan, and cook the pancakes until golden.
To sweeten use dates or maple syrup.
