RED LENTILS SOUP
Here is the recipe for red lentil soup. A super nutritious and healthy dish!
Ingredients: 
- 250 g of red lentils 
- One or two sweet potatoes 
- One or two potatoes 
- 2 carrots 
- 1 small onion 
- 1 clove of garlic 
- Half leek 
- Half broccoli 
- A little green cabbage 
- Half a glass of white wine 
- Spices to taste 
- Salt and pepper 
- Olive oil and/or coconut oil 
- Fresh Parsley
Preparation: 
- Wash, peel and cut the vegetables and put them all (except broccoli and cabbage) in a big pot with olive oil 
- Fry the vegetables for 1 minute, add the lentils, stir it, add the salt, pepper, spices, and wine, stir and cover it with water. Let it cook until the lentils are soft 
- In a pan with a little coconut oil, salt, and water, cook the broccoli and green cabbage until soft 
- Serve the lentils on a plate with the green vegetables and parsley on top
