RICE NOODLE SOUP
This recipe is for all rice noodle & soup lovers. It’s a great soup for the winter days to eat as a starter or as a single light plate.
Garlic and ginger will help to improve your immune system.
Ingredients:
- Ginger, peeled and sliced 
- Peeled and crushed garlic 
- Chopped green onion 
- Chopped leek 
- Peeled and chopped carrots 
- Peeled and chopped small potatoes 
- Water 
- Chopped mushrooms 
- Rice noodle 
- Fried fioretto cauliflower 
- Medick sprouts 
- Salt 
- Pepper 
Preparation:
- Sauté the garlic, onion, leek, carrot, and potato.
- Add the seasoning and water.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes and add the noodles.
- As a topping: sauté the fioretti cabbage and mushrooms and add them together with the alfalfa sprouts.
